At Tidyrow, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If you're not, we've kept this simple.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund — whether it arrived faulty, wasn't what you expected, or you simply changed your mind. No complicated conditions. To be eligible, your request needs to be made within 30 days of the delivery date. For change-of-mind returns, the item should be unused and in its original packaging. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we just need a photo and your order number, and the condition of the packaging doesn't matter.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [hello@tidyrow.com] with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We aim to reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no charge. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return postage, and we'll provide the return address once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, and we'll email you to confirm. If your refund is approved before a return is required, for example with a clearly faulty item, we may process it straight away without asking you to send the product back.

Orders Lost or Delayed in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
